Grafana + Loki (logs) · traces + metrics arrive in phase-2. Issue #714.
All served on this single HTTP port. Configure telemetry senders against these paths:

Local E1 test env. In prod the same routing lives inside the obs image's reverse proxy. Loki/Tempo/Mimir HTTP APIs stay internal — query them through Grafana, not directly.
